Gary Neville's first five Valencia priorities
Gary Neville watched Valencia exit the competition against Lyon and
after speaking to the new coach, Graham Hunter identifies five changes
the Englishman will want to make
Inside only a couple of minutes of the last shriek at his
first Mestalla match, new Valencia mentor Gary Neville was at that point
somewhat eager about noting such a large number of inquiries concerning
Manchester United
Not about his celebrated past there but rather the way that
a blend of results this week implies Valencia and the main club of Neville's
playing profession can be matched together in Monday's UEFA Europa League round
of 32 draw. It's an idea to entice both football fans and the world's media.
A staggering story drawing on echoes of Neville's Old
Trafford victories; the sort of turn which makes football enchanted and,
conceivably, a meeting of two clubs which more than once came to UEFA finals
over the 15 years But whoever Valencia draw, Neville will need an altogether
different playing style, viability and result when European football resumes in
February.
Here are five things that Valencia's recently selected
English mentor will hope to have changed fundamentally when he mentors his
second UEFA match accountable for the Spanish club
1 Match stamina
Neville told UEFA.com: "The diligent work we've put
into our recreations in the most recent couple of weeks got up to speed with us
against Lyon. We've nine or ten wounds and a considerable measure of players
have put an extraordinary arrangement into delivering exhibitions like
clockwork. This, today, felt like only one diversion somewhat over the
edge."
Watch: Neville on Lyon rout
Getting key players damage free again will be an essential
piece of that, actually. However, so will restoring stamina and match sharpness
to two basic, experienced, individuals from the Valencia bunch – Álvaro
Negredo, who had not played for 66 days, and Shkodran Mustafi. His players can
anticipate that Neville will request force in preparing each day – he's an
understudy of the 'train like you plan to play' school of considering.
2 Match control
Maybe it was simply tiredness which implied that Valencia
were dissected by Lyon so routinely on the counterattack. Be that as it may it
was something which Neville promptly disclosed he'd start work to remedy.
"We need to protect better against counters. Until you figure out how to
manage your own assaults it's exceptionally troublesome in light of the fact
that then you continue running back towards your own particular objective. The
exertion my players put into doing that was colossal in any case, at this
level, doing that is an issue."
3 Goals
Valencia had no European football last season to contrast
with this, yet their household scoring has went away. At this early phase of
the Liga, the Blanquinegros have seven less strikes than the same period last
season. With respect to Europe, just three groups scored less times in the UEFA
Champions League gathering stage this term.
Valencia 0-2 Lyon highlights
4 Efficiency
Gary Neville is a "devotee of ownership yet not for
ownership's purpose". Against Lyon his group made about 100 passes more
than Hubert Fournier's men – however oversaw less endeavors on target and lost
2-0.
5 Key players
For an assortment of reasons Negredo, André Gomes, Pablo
Piatti, Sofiane Feghouli and Rodrigo have all begun altogether less than a
large portion of Valencia's accessible matches. On the off chance that, by mid
2016, they and their chief can enlarge those details, it will go far to
increasing the group's intensity, experience and winning

English Premeir League Power Shift
What is happening in the English Premier League, power is changing hands. Let us look at two very important aspects of the League, the Leaders and the Scorers which is all what the league is about.
First the leaders, the current champions, Chelsea, are found at the 15 position of the league table, fighting the relegation battle. While on the other Leicester are at the very Top of the league, you will think it will be Manchester city, by the way, there were the runners-up last season, but they are at the 3rd position. Power shift.
Lastly, looking at the scorers, last season we had Diego Costa, Harry Kane and Aguero leading the scores sheets, but again we have the Leicester guy Jamie Vardy leading now with 14 goals in 15 matches, followed by Everton's Romelu Lukaku and again Leicester's Riyad Mahrez. What a shock
The question everybody is asking is what is happening, will it remain like this and who will next season be. For now all we can do is just to enjoy the game.

Chealsea and the "gods of Football"
Once at the Top now just a few point above the relegation
spots. What is happening, has Chelsea anger the gods of football? Or is it
just a continuation of the Manchester United story?
Jose once said he has the squad that could win the premier
league for 10 seasons in a row, but what an irony because just the next season after
he said that, he is found fighting in the relegation battle.
